Raising Standards of Pensions Administration

Joining Us

We welcome the support of individuals and organisations to enable our work to continue.

As you may be aware the Raising Standards of Pensions Administration project began in January 2002 with the aim of producing a set of Guidance Notes to improve the standards of pensions administration in the UK. This volunteer project was supported by Pension Managers, Third Party Administrators and Pension Scheme Advisors. In May 2003, we established Raising Standards of Pensions Administration  as a company, limited by guarantee. At the same time the first set of Guidance Notes were published on this website.

Further work is continuing to maintain the existing Guidance Notes and to expand them to include other areas where it is believed Guidance Notes will provide valuable help to those in the industry.

Membership terms of the RSPA project are currently under review.  Meanwhile,  if you are interested in getting involved with our work, please contact Penny Green.
